This Privacy Policy describes how eRizroll (the "Service"), available at riz.eventshock.ru and in the mobile app, processes users' personal data.
1. Data controller
The Service is operated by the owner of the eventshock.ru domain. For privacy-related inquiries, contact support@eventshock.ru.
2. Data we process
When you register and use the Service, we may process: username, email address, profile data (name, photo, bio, status), posts, comments, likes, chat and community messages, uploaded media, friends and subscriptions, technical data (IP address, device and browser type, cookies and session identifiers), and push notification tokens if you opt in.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used to create and maintain your account, provide social features (feed, communities, direct messages, calls), ensure security and moderation, send notifications about Service events, improve the platform, and comply with applicable law.
4. Chat encryption and voice calls
Optional end-to-end encryption (E2E) is available for some chats: message content is encrypted on your device and encryption keys are not stored on the server in plain form. Voice calls use WebRTC (peer-to-peer or relayed); call audio is not recorded by the Service. STUN/TURN servers may be used to establish connections without storing conversation content.
5. Push notifications
If you allow notifications in the browser or mobile app, we store a device token to deliver push messages about Service events (messages, calls, friend activity, etc.). You can disable notifications in device settings or in the Service Settings page.
6. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, push delivery via Firebase/Google) as needed to operate the Service, limited to what is required. Disclosure may also occur when required by law.
7. Retention and security
Data is stored on secured servers. We apply organizational and technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access. Retention depends on data type and purpose; you may delete your account or specific content where the Service provides such features.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, restrict processing, withdraw consent for notifications, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To delete your account and associated data, use the instructions at /account-deletion or contact support@eventshock.ru with your Service username.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at /privacy. We may notify users of material changes through the Service.
